Job summary

ShopRite of Parsippany is seeking a Floral Manager to lead the Floral Department, supervise Associates, and drive sales, service, and merchandise presentation in Sunrise NJ. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety, quality, and customer experience, and collaborate with store leadership to meet department goals.

The position requires strong leadership, teamwork, and hands-on supervision of staff, with an emphasis on product handling, safety policies, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English
• Ability to perform basic math
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts
• Ability to perform basic computer functions
• Ability to lift 25–60 lbs and work with various products
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and tolerate dust/cleaning agents
• Ability to interact with Customers and work with others
• Ability to lead Associates to achieve department goals

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Floral Department
• Drive sales, customer experience, and associate engagement

• Train and onboard department Associates

• Oversee daily operations and coordination with store management
