Ocean Fog Farm in Eastport, NY is hiring a Floral Manager to oversee bouquet design, order management and customer satisfaction. Starting immediately, the role pays $25/hour, with part-time hours now and full-time by April.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of farm experience, are organized and proactive about managing orders, and have basic proficiency in Excel and email. The position includes 5 days PTO and a collaborative, community-focused team.

Our micro-farm was built from scratch in Eastport, NY and we welcome you to our farm stand at 14 N Bay Ave, Eastport NY . We are farmer-florists that are inspired year round by what nature has to offer. Our passion for our small farm is what drives our bouquets and the beauty of the cut flowers we grow. We can't wait to share what we have to offer if that is a bouquet at our farm stand, at one of our workshops or on your special day.

Our names are May and Tom and we own Ocean Fog Farm which is located in Eastport, New York. May is the brains behind all of the floral arrangements, growing of our flowers and wedding/event designs. Tommy is the backbone to our business doing the books, irrigation, veggie garden and chickens.

Our farm is centered around the history of Eastport, our family, our 4 dogs and friends. While we both stumbled upon the beautiful hamlet of Eastport, we have a connection to this town and it's agricultural history. Eastport has generations of farmers and we would like to continue that tradition.Our home has been our gem that has provided us with beautiful flowers, produce and good times with our family and friends. We can't wait to be apart of your special moments and see you at one of our workshops!

Job Description

Starting Immediately!

$25/hr (part-time, full-time in April)

Do you have a creative eye and a love for flowers? Join us as our Floral Manager and help oversee all things bloom-related! From bouquet design to managing orders, taking initiative, and keeping customers happy, you’ll be at the heart of our floral program.

• $25/hour
• Start: Immediately (work through Christmas, off in January, return in February)
• Part-time to start, full-time by April
• Must have at least 1-2 years experience working on a Farm.
• 5 days PTO
• Basic proficiency in Excel, email, and general customer service skills
• Must be organized and proactive about managing incoming orders
