FLORAL/LEAD CLERK (Finance)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Retail experience
  • Second language skills (speaking, reading, or writing)
Responsibilities include:
  • Promote trust and respect among associates.
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering product questions.
  • Maintain knowledge of products sold within the department.
  • Ensure sanitation standards and health regulations are met.
  • Order, stock, and monitor supplies and products.
  • Merchandise and display products to boost sales.
  • Implement price changes and ensure scan accuracy.
  • Monitor product quality and remove substandard items.
  • Manage inventory and maintain records.
  • Communicate with vendors and oversee received inventory.
  • Implement company programs and communicate procedures to staff.
  • Prepare and hang signage, perform inventory, and attend training sessions.
  • Review financial statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Report safety risks, accidents, and illegal activities.
  • Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
