Plum Market is seeking a Floral Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service and support the Floral, Candy & Gift department. You will stock flowers, plants, and seasonal merchandise, rotate stock, and maintain inviting displays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in Floral, Candy & Gift department.
• Stock and merchandise flowers, plants, and seasonal goods.
• Rotate product to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing shipments.
• Build and maintain clean, visually appealing displays that align with company standards.
• Monitor and process damaged product as needed.
• Support team members with daily tasks and foster a positive team culture.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Follow Plum Market policies, food safety, and safety procedures.
