Carolina Flowers is seeking a devoted Farmer to support the Farm Manager at our Hendersonville operation. You will help with harvesting, planting, weeding, soil prep, irrigation, and general farm maintenance on a team of four growers.

The role requires endurance, weather resilience, and a collaborative attitude. Compensation starts around $20/hr, with opportunities for growth and seasonal bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Two seasons of commercial farming experience required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Harvesting flowers and managing per-plant nutrition and water.
• Planting, weeding, soil prep, and maintenance.
• Irrigation setup and monitoring, pest management, disease control.
