Job summary

BlueHorizon in Washington is seeking a skilled Florist to join our team. You will design fresh floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday moments, combining color, texture, and scent to delight customers.

You will work closely with clients, manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and stay current with floral design trends. A minimum of two years' experience and a passion for flowers are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Florist or in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of different types of flowers, plants and arrangements.
• Creative flair and ability to think outside the box when designing arrangements.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Creating custom floral arrangements using different types of flowers and plants.
• Providing excellent customer service by understanding clients needs and preferences.
• Maintaining the inventory of flowers and supplies.
• Arranging deliveries to clients' homes or event venues.
