Phoenix Integrated Security is seeking a Floral Designer with a production focus to join our design team in Michigan. You will transform raw blooms into stunning, on-brand arrangements for weddings, events, and installations while meeting tight production deadlines.

You will design, prepare, and condition flowers, collaborate with the production team to ensure efficiency, and help train junior designers. The role emphasizes artistry, consistency, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
