Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in retail, grocery, or customer service preferred.
• Experience with flowers or basic floral design preferred.
• Knowledge of plant care and basic floral display is a plus.
• Ability to create basic floral arrangements or gift displays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Receive, condition, and arrange floral products for displays.
• Create, maintain, and refresh floral displays and bouquets.
• Monitor water levels and cooler conditions for freshness.
• Stock, rotate, and face products using FIFO methods.
• Assist guests with selections, custom orders, and care tips.
• Maintain accurate pricing, signage, and labeling.
• Notify leadership of low or damaged items to ensure availability.
• Keep the floral area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and product handling standards.
