Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Floral Designer to bring customers' visions to life with creative, seasonal arrangements. You will design, arrange, and display blooms, maintain clean workspaces, replenish stock, and ensure quality from stem to ribbon.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand through shifts, and handle basic floral tools and helium tanks. You’ll deliver friendly service, engage with customers, and contribute to a collaborative team and a positive store

Qualifications

• Experience in floral arrangement with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers and translate ideas into beautiful arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Design and arrange stunning floral pieces for customers.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays; replenish inventory.
• Lift and move floral products and supplies, up to 40 lbs, throughout shifts.
• Work with helium tanks and floral tools as needed.
• Provide friendly customer service and collaborate with team.
