Qualifications

• Proven floral design experience and strong creative eye.
• Knowledge of floral perishability and care requirements.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain clean, organized workspaces and manage stock.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move around the store.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic POS systems.
• Willingness to collaborate with teammates.
