The candidate should possess foundational knowledge of floral handling and processing, be able to identify a wide variety of flowers by name to accurately execute design recipes, and bring a creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to meet deadlines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with the care and maintenance of plants and dish gardens.
• Stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral cooler.
• Work effectively under pressure while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members.
• Exhibit flexibility and willingness to work extended hours during peak holiday seasons.
• Be available to work weekends as needed.
• Support other departments when required.
• Safely lift and carry items weighing between 25–40 pounds.
• Adhere to all FDA standards and company policies.
• Foster a collaborative and team‑oriented work environment.
• Candidate must be agile and able to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be comfortable working in extreme indoor temperatures, including cold and hot environments.
• Closed-toe footwear is required at all times.
