Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Floral Designer/Event Support Specialist to assist MGM's Floral Events team during its busiest season. You will design floral pieces from existing examples, prepare materials, and support setup and teardown across MGM properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of floral industry experience
• Ability to replicate floral designs from examples and follow design specifications
• Experience assisting with floral production, arrangement creation, and event setup
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working early morning shifts when required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet event deadlines
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work collaboratively with lead designers and event teams
• Experience leading installation or teardown crews for events
• Knowledge of current floral design trends and techniques
• Familiarity with floral inventory management and event production processes
• Experience working in hospitality, resort, casino, or large-scale event environments
• Experience with event budgeting and floral mechanics
• Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules and last-minute event needs

• Ability to successfully complete a floral design test within a specified timeframe
