Job summary

Tom Thumb Supermarket is seeking a Floral Designer in Frisco, TX to create romantic and celebratory arrangements using seasonal blooms and care for perishable flowers. You will also maintain neat displays and replenish stock while delivering friendly customer service.

Responsibilities include lifting up to 40 lbs, handling helium tanks, and using POS systems. Join a collaborative team and contribute to memorable moments for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in floral arrangement and design with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers and translate ideas into beautiful arrangements.
• Maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform standing/moving tasks all day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and POS systems.
• Willingness to collaborate with team members.

As a Floral Designer, no two days are ever the same. Customers walk in with dreams—visions of romance, celebration, or heartfelt remembrance—and you bring those visions to life. With creativity and care, you design stunning arrangements using your knowledge of floral seasonality and perishability. You maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and ensure every stem and ribbon is perfectly placed. You’ll also lift and move floral products and supplies, often up to 40 lbs., and work with helium tanks and other tools of the trade. If you have a green thumb, a creative eye, and a passion for helping others celebrate life’s moments, this is the role for you.

• Floral Design Expertise: Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Product Knowledge: Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
