Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Floral Designer to create stunning arrangements that capture customers’ visions for romance, celebrations, or remembrance. You’ll maintain tidy workspaces, manage inventory, and assist customers with ideas while handling floral materials and supplies, including helium tanks.

You will lift up to 40 lbs., work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with fellow associates to ensure beautiful, on-brand arrangements for daily store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in floral arrangement and design with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate ideas into arrangements.
• Capable of maintaining clean, efficient workspaces and managing inventory and supplies.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand/move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic POS systems.
• Willingness to collaborate with teammates to support store goals.

Responsibilities

• Design stunning floral arrangements for customers’ dreams, celebrations, or memories.

• Ensure stems, ribbon, and finishes are neatly placed and ready for display.

As a Floral Designer, no two days are ever the same. Customers walk in with dreams-visions of romance, celebration, or heartfelt remembrance and you bring those visions to life. With creativity and care, you design stunning arrangements using your knowledge of floral seasonality and perishability. You maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and ensure every stem and ribbon is perfectly placed. You'll also lift and move floral products and supplies, often up to 40 lbs., and work with helium tanks and other tools of the trade. If you have a green thumb, a creative eye, and a passion for helping others celebrate life's moments, this is the role for you.

What You Bring To The Table

• Floral Design Expertise: Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Product Knowledge: Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
