Job summary

The Kroger in Avon, IN is seeking a floral associate to assist design and merchandising of floral items, greet customers, and provide exceptional service. You will help design arrangements, package orders, and keep the department clean and well stocked.

Responsibilities

• Assist and greet customers promptly and provide great service.
• Help design and create floral arrangements and/or other items for customer orders.
• Package orders safely and efficiently.
• Keep merchandise and supplies organized and stocked.
• Maintain customer records and files properly.
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures, as applicable.
• Handle telephone calls and orders promptly and courteously.
• Maintain department decor and merchandising.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed.
