Responsibilities

• Assist with product selection, custom orders, events, and consultations
• Design, prepare, and merchandise floral arrangements and gift items
• Execute merchandising plans, seasonal sets, and displays
• Maintain fresh floral cases with clear signage and pricing
• Monitor plant health and freshness
• Manage ordering, inventory, shrink, and waste tracking
• Oversee receiving, conditioning, rotation, and cooler organization
• Build and manage schedules aligned with sales volume
• Hire and develop staff
• Provide coaching and performance feedback
