Qualifications

• Experience in floral arrangement and design with a strong creative eye.
• Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers and translate ideas into arrangements.
• Maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform standing/moving tasks.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks and basic POS systems.
• Willing to partner with teammates and support a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and assemble floral arrangements based on customer visions.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays.
• Replenish inventory and manage supplies for the department.
• Lift and move floral products up to 40 lbs as needed.
