Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking a floral specialist to craft beautiful arrangements and assist in all aspects of the floral department, from bouquets to large events. You will work with floral staff to promote sales and ensure freshness and quality.

This role requires a HS diploma, 3+ years of experience, strong customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a retail environment. Join a team that values growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related experience in floral operations.
• Basic knowledge of budgeting, profit and loss statements, and inventory.
• Familiar with SAP reporting applications and MS Office.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners; schedule, plan, assign and direct work.
• Review sales data; co-manage inventory and labor data.
• Maintain sales performance and standards; support marketing campaigns.
• Create stylish floral designs for arrangements and events.
• Consult customers on price and type of arrangements.
• Oversee inventory and freshness of plants and flowers.
• Source products and build displays for special events and promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing for floral promotions; promote sales.
