Seed to Table is seeking a Floral Manager to lead the floral department, plan and create appealing seasonal arrangements, and drive sales with display strategies. The role requires hands-on involvement, accountability, and strong team leadership.

The position emphasizes managing inventory, coordinating pricing, labor scheduling, and staff training while maintaining quality and safety standards in a single-store operation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in floral processing and handling.
• Knowledge in floral design and arrangements.
• Knowledge of plant care, able to differentiate between various types of flowers and plants.
• Knowledge to recommend, plan ahead, and order weekly floral to meet demand.
• Experience in market pricing and business sense to maximize profitability.
• Collaboration and teamwork and organization, planning and time management.
• Excellent communication, listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ordering, deliveries, production, customer satisfaction and standards for the Floral Department.
• Greets and waits on customers and provides premier customer service including wrapping, arranging and pricing merchandise.
• Maintains department sanitation and quality standards, including cleaning and stock rotation.
• Keeps display cases stocked, attractive, neat and colorful; ensures proper signage and merchandising.
