French Florist in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time Dispatcher to manage daily floral deliveries and ensure on-time arrivals. You will coordinate routes, verify orders, and maintain clear communication with drivers, designers, and customers.

The role requires strong multitasking, reliability, and a customer-focused approach. Weekend work and holidays may be required, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in dispatch, routing, customer service or logistics (floral/retail/event preferred).
• Able to multitask and manage time-sensitive requests.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Familiar with local geography and route planning.
• Comfortable with POS systems and GPS/routing apps.

• Coordinate and assign daily delivery routes; adjust routes for traffic and urgent requests.
• Verify order details, timing, and special instructions; ensure designs are ready for dispatch.
• Update order statuses in POS/dispatch system; communicate with drivers.
• Inform customers of delivery windows, delays, and confirmations; resolve issues quickly.
• Coordinate with sales and event teams on large events.
• Maintain delivery logs and support peak-season operations.
• Uphold standards for delivery accuracy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
