The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying temperatures. This role emphasizes safety, friendliness, and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Competent in basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to handle fresh, dried, and processed products.
• Friendly interaction with customers.
• Capable of working with others and following schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and QA standards in the Floral Department.
• Greet customers and assist with pricing, wrapping, and restocking.
• Follow procedures for receiving, dating, storing, and pricing products.
• Identify flowers/plants and advise customers on care.
• Keep displays neat, signed, and attractive.
• Assist with loading/unloading and operating department equipment.
