Job summary

Kroger in Lebanon, OH is seeking a team member to assist in floral design and merchandising, greet customers, and provide excellent service. You will help design arrangements, package orders, and keep merchandise organized while reflecting our core values.

The role requires prompt, courteous interaction, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and willingness to work weekends and holidays. Training will cover product knowledge, safety, and cash register procedures.

Assist in the design and/or merchandising of floral items and arrangements for display/sale or in response to customer requests. Provide various customer services. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
