Job summary

All Surfaces is seeking a qualified Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to support warehouse operations, process inventory, pick orders, and deliver to customers. Based at Tri-State Flooring in Sioux Falls, SD, the role includes local deliveries and warehouse duties with a 10:00am–7:00pm schedule.

Pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, depending on experience, with a focus on safety and accuracy in handling goods and paperwork. Prior forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse and/or fulfillment experience.
• Excellent attention to detail with consistent, accurate work.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 75 lbs.
• Commercial driving experience is a plus.
• Clean driving record with valid license.
• Ability to pass MVR screen.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders.
• Receive inventory and inspect products; stock locations.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality during receiving/shipping.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Follow SOPs for paperwork and systems processes.
• Assist Branch Manager with safety and cleanliness.
• Organize inventory to meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Deliver orders per schedule, ensuring compliance with DOT for vehicles 26,000 lbs or less.
• Perform other duties as required.
