We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in the flooring and tile industry to join our team as a Flooring & Tile Sales Coordinator. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting flooring and tile products, providing expert recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Coordinate and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing using RFMS software.
- Collaborate with the sales team, vendors, and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation schedules.
- Maintain accurate product inventory records and assist with restocking and ordering supplies.
- Generate sales reports, track progress, and assist in forecasting sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with pricing, quoting, and negotiating sales contracts for both flooring and tile projects.
- Stay current on industry trends, new products, and technologies in flooring and tile.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role, ideally in the flooring or tile industry.
- Must have experience with RFMS software (preferred).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.

- Seek out new business and create connections through prospecting, lead follow-up, referrals, and networking opportunities
- Perform other related duties as assigned
