Job summary

LL Flooring, Inc. is hiring a full-time Sales Associate at our North Olmsted showroom to help customers find the right flooring solution and close sales. You’ll meet with customers, uncover needs, and make confident recommendations while building a pipeline and following up to convert opportunities.

Responsibilities include keeping the showroom inviting, processing orders accurately, and supporting store operations as needed. A high school diploma and 1–3 years sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right flooring solution and turn opportunities into sales.
• Meet with customers, uncover their needs, and make confident recommendations.
• Build your pipeline, follow up relentlessly, and move opportunities toward the close.
• Ask for the sale and overcome objections with confidence.
• Build relationships that create repeat business, referrals, and new opportunities.
• Own the customer from the first conversation through the sale and follow-up.
• Use your sales skills and product knowledge to sell solutions—not just products or price.
• Consistently hit and exceed your sales goals.
• Keep the showroom ready to impress customers and support the sales process.
• Process orders accurately and help with store operations when needed.
