Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring for a Service Foreperson to lead flooring service crews and deliver high‑quality polished concrete and epoxy installations. The role requires travel, willingness to stay out of town, and strict adherence to safety rules and procedures.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards.
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
• Ensure strict health and safety compliance.
• Proper use of equipment and materials.
• Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
• Input timely hours.
• Supervise flooring service maintenance crews.
