QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Service Foreperson to lead and supervise flooring crews in commercial, industrial, and retail projects in the United States. You will diagnose issues, ensure safety, and maintain open communication with customers and team members.

We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $20-$28 with bonuses, plus health, life, 401(k) with match, ESOP, paid vacation and holidays, and a company truck and phone for forepersons.

Qualifications

• All candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards.
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Proper use of equipment and materials.
• Strive to meet and exceed any and all production targets.
• Input timely hours.
• Supervise flooring service maintenance crews.
