QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking a Service Foreperson in Vacaville, CA. The role leads flooring crews in polishing concrete and epoxy systems, ensuring safety, productivity, and high-quality results on industrial, commercial, and retail projects.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Able to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays.
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards.
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Proper use of equipment and materials.
• Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
• Input timely hours.
• Supervise flooring service maintenance crews.
