Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, seeks a Service Foreperson to lead flooring crews in installation and maintenance of polished concrete and epoxy systems across industrial facilities. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel and stay out of town.

Responsibilities

• Repairand maintainpolished concrete and epoxy flooring systems
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
• Proper use of equipment and materials
• Strive to meet and exceed any and all production targets
• Input timely hours
• Supervise flooring service maintenance crews

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• 18 years of age or older
