Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring FlooringCrew and Foreman to install polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems across projects. The roles demand initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic in a growth‑oriented environment.

Compensation ranges from $15 to $25 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, ESOP, vacation and holidays, and opportunities for field certification to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Commercial flooring experience preferred.
• Willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.
• Proper use of equipment and materials.
