Job summary

Floors Galore, a flooring contractor with Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking a relationship-driven sales leader to own the builder and multifamily market. You will manage the full cycle from prospecting to closing and oversee accounts, including production networks and property management groups.

Ideal candidates bring an existing Myrtle Beach/book of business and deep knowledge of flooring categories such as LVP, carpet, tile, laminate, and hardwood.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales in flooring, building products, or related trade.
• Existing network in Myrtle Beach market is a major plus.
• Comfort with takeoffs, scopes, and plans.
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with homebuilders, multifamily developers, GCs, and property managers.
• Win spec-level and program pricing agreements with builders and developers.
• Prepare and present bids with support from estimating and project management.
• Develop recurring turnkey programs with apartment operators and management companies.
• Use showroom for builder selections and design appointments.
• Coordinate with operations on scheduling and install quality to keep accounts won.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and report activity weekly.
