Job summary

A growing flooring company in Fishers seeks a Sales Strategy Expert & VP of Sales to assist retail clients with flooring selections and installations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, and at least a year of sales experience. This is a full-time, commission-based role with excellent earning potential.

• Understand numbers and fractions for floor measuring
• Understand design and color coordination
• Organized

What you will do:

• Assist walk-in retail clients with selection and installation process for LVP, Tile, Hardwood, Carpet and Laminate flooring as well as stone countertops.
• Communicate effectively with clients and coworkers to ensure projects are seamless from start to finish.
• Create proposals and contracts.
• Complete in-home measure appointments

This is a commission-based position with the average yearly income of a consultant at approx. $100,000 with unlimited commission. First year consultants typically earn $60,000-$80, 000
