Key Responsibilities

• Prep and install flooring according to company's procedures with attention to detail
• Maintain tools and ensure a safe work environment
• Understand project scope and familiarize with project files
• Handle machinery and power tools responsibly
• Perform measurements and basic math calculations
• Interact politely with customers and respect their homes
• Ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
• Travel throughout the week to various work locations

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in carpet and LVP flooring
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Ability to pass background checks
• Ability to lift 75-100 lbs repeatedly
• Repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking, and lifting
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Basic English comprehension

Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour.
