Job summary

Refloor is seeking skilled LVP flooring installers in Farmington Hills, MI. You will join a fast-growing team with guaranteed 5–6 days of work each week and top pay in the industry. All jobs are pre-sold and require excellent installation skills on LVP flooring only.

Refloor handles scheduling and material orders; materials are staged for fast loadouts. Immediate work is available and weekly pay with no holdbacks is provided.

Qualifications

• A truck or a van is required.
• At least 2-year of LVP flooring experience.
• Monday to Friday, with Saturday availability preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Install LVP flooring on scheduled, pre-sold jobs.
• Complete installations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Refloor for staging and material pickup as part of the workflow.
