Job summary

Refloor is hiring skilled LVP flooring installers to help us grow America’s fastest flooring company. All jobs are already sold; you’ll provide top-tier installation with a focus on quality and efficiency.

We guarantee a 5-to-6-day work schedule, offer top pay in the industry, and provide immediate work. A truck/van and a valid driver's license are required, with a background check. Monday–Friday shifts with Saturday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2-year of LVP flooring experience.
• Minimum 2-member crew.
• Monday to Friday, with Saturday availability preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Install LVP flooring on scheduled jobs with high quality workmanship.
• Follow scheduling and guidelines; deliver excellent installation without selling.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on job sites.
