Job summary

Refloor is hiring skilled LVP flooring installers in Florida, offering a fast-growing opportunity with guaranteed 5-to-6 day work weeks and weekly pay. Refloor handles scheduling and material orders, so installers can focus on top-quality LVP installations and customer satisfaction.

Earn between $3,000 and $6,000 per week on average, with a strong pipeline of work and ongoing support from a full-service office. Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-person crew required.
• Must have a truck or a van.
• At least 2 years of LVP flooring experience.
• Monday to Friday, with Saturday availability preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete LVP installations on scheduled projects.
• Work 5–6 days per week with consistent workflow.
• Coordinate with scheduling and material logistics.
• Support the Refloor installation team to ensure quality workmanship.
