Job summary
QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Service Foreperson to lead flooring crews and manage polished concrete and epoxy projects in commercial, industrial, and retail spaces. Travel and out-of-town assignments are required, with overnight, weekend, and holiday work expected.

Qualifications
- Willing to travel and stay out of town.
- Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays.
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
- Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards.
- Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.
- Proper use of equipment and materials.
- Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
- Input timely hours.
- Supervise flooring service maintenance crews.
