Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally and up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store, servicing wholesale customers.
• Assist the Branch Manager in identifying floorcovering installers.
• Establish installation schedule and communicate assignments.
• Perform on-site inspections of installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review installer accounts and coordinate with external sources for information.
• Ensure all installer transactions are properly recorded in the store system.
• Determine training needs for installers.
