Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a Floorcare Technician in Orlando to clean and maintain carpeted areas across multiple facilities. You will follow company standards, work efficiently, and ensure timely service while prioritizing guest comfort and satisfaction.

The role requires 18 months of related work experience, carpet cleaning know-how, and familiarity with chemicals. Immediate, full- and part-time opportunities exist with paid training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 18 months of full-time work experience directly related to the role.
• Prefer experience with stripping/waxing floors.
• Carpet cleaning experience.
• Must be trained thoroughly before beginning work - mentor (trainer) approval before working alone.
• Must be well-versed on chemicals and their use.

Responsibilities

• Maintain carpet cleaning equipment daily.
• Inspect all areas prior to cleaning for damage and stains.
• Determine washing method based on condition; follow cleaning method.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Lift and move furniture as needed.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
• Create strong, positive customer relations.
• Assist resort guests and owners.
