Job summary

Rolling Meadows Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Floorcare Technician to maintain a clean and safe environment through the facility's floorcare program. You will keep floorcare equipment in good condition and follow policies to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in floorcare with attention to safety.
• Ability to minimize wasting of supplies and misuse of equipment.
• Ability to get along with departments as a team player.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• At least 2 years of floorcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide floorcare to maintain a clean and safe environment per policies and procedures.
• Maintain and follow floorcare tasks per facility guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Follow chemical instructions to properly mix solutions and achieve cleaning results.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations, policies and procedures to ensure safety for residents, staff and visitors.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents and their care to protect rights, privacy, and property.
• Comply with safety, infection control measures, and keep a clean work environment per facility policy.
