Job summary

Samaritan Hospital, part of Trinity Health, is hiring for a full-time Evening Shift Environmental Services position. The role focuses on floor and carpet care, general housekeeping, and adherence to infection control and safety standards within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include training teammates, maintaining clean work areas, and delivering excellent customer service while handling priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of housekeeping, environment services, or floor maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Ability to work independently and meet established deadlines.
• Knowledge of infection control practices and universal precautions preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Pay Range: $16.70 - $20.36
• Pay is based on experience, skills, and education.
• Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
• The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
