Old Mission Capital is hiring a Floor Trader to join our team on the CBOE in Chicago. After completing our comprehensive new-grad training program and working closely with experienced traders, you will transition to the trading floor, operating in an open outcry environment with our proprietary pricing strategies.

The ideal candidate is competitive, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, with a Bachelor’s degree and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

About the Position

We’re looking to hire a Floor Trader to join our expanding team on the CBOE (Chicago Board Options Exchange). After completing our comprehensive new-grad training program and working closely with experienced traders, this individual will transition to the trading floor, operating in an open outcry environment as part of a collaborative team using our proprietary pricing strategies. The ideal candidate is competitive, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for verbally executing trades and building out our floor footprint
• Communicate effectively with our traders upstairs and other floor traders
• Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with floor brokers

Base Salary Range

$80,000 - $100,000 - Salaries are based on numerous factors such as skills, experience, and education. Our compensation package also includes a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits program for full-time employees.
