Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is hiring Floor Technicians (full time and part time) for Memorial Hermann Cypress in Cypress, TX. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. The role centers on floor maintenance and operating industrial floor care equipment.

Responsibilities include stripping, refinishing, burnishing, carpet care, and using automated floor machines. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required; weekends may be included in rotating schedules. Pay is $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing).
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Uses automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Performs carpet and upholstery care (shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming).
• Performs maintenance and restoration for all floor surface types.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
