Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking Floor Technicians for Memorial Hermann Sugarland in Sugar Land, TX. We offer full-time and part-time roles with a fixed pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Online applications are preferred and training is provided.

Responsibilities include maintaining hard-surface floors, operating industrial floor care equipment, and performing carpet cleaning. Candidates should be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning and spray buffing.
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Uses automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Performs carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning and vacuuming.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
