Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning and spray buffing.
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Uses automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Performs carpet and upholstering care including shampooing, damp surface, extractions and vacuuming.
• Performs maintenance and restoration for different floor surface types.
