Job summary

Grand Living is seeking a Floor Technician in Venice, FL to maintain all flooring in resident units and common areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety.

Part-time schedule offers late afternoons and evenings with flexible days, competitive benefits including PTO, 401(k) match, and life insurance. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and cleaning experience; floor tech experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Floor technician experience, preferred.
• Cleaning experience, required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to communicate with Residents, guests and fellow employees.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and push/pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all types of flooring in resident units and common areas.
• Strip and wax as required or assigned.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Work under the guidance of the Director of Environmental Services.
