Friendship is looking for a Full-Time Floor Care Technicianto join our Richfield Living team, located in Salem, VA. The Floor Care Technician will be responsible for specialty care as it relates to facility floors.

Shifts Available:

• 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Includes every other weekend
• Perform preventive maintenance for all floors per schedule
• Dust and damp mop floors daily; vacuum areas with carpet
• Floor wax and buff floors, as scheduled
• Clean resident rooms
• Pull trash and dirty linen from designated areas

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Floor Care Tech experience preferred
• This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day. The employee must frequently lift or move objects weighing over 50 pounds
