Red River Sanitors is hiring a Part Time Floor Tech in Shreveport, LA. You’ll clean offices and common areas, move furniture, and operate floor care equipment, while maintaining safe practices and efficient scheduling. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, hallways, common areas and other areas.
• Move furniture before and after cleaning.
• Clean, dust, mop, strip and wax floors.
• Operate floor equipment including extractors and buffing machines.
• Use hand and power tools such as floor polishers, vacuum cleaners, mops and floor strippers.
• Inspect floors for damage and perform minor repairs.
• Measure chemicals correctly.
• Operate chemical dispensing units.
• Label chemicals correctly.
• Maintain and store equipment and PPE.
• Keep inventory of floor areas and schedule cleaning.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Assist with waste collection as requested by supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Floor Tech Responsibilities:

• Cleaning offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas.
• Moving furniture before and after cleaning.
• Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping, and waxing floors.
• Operating floor equipment including extractors and buffing machines.
• Use hand and power tools such as floor polishers, vacuum cleaners, mops, floor strippers.
• Inspect floors for any damage and carrying out minor repairs.
• Measuring chemicals correctly.
• Operating chemical dispensing units.
• Labeling chemicals correctly.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment and PPE proficiently.
• Keeping an inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Assisting with waste collection as requested by your supervisor.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
