Job summary

St. Moritz Building Services in Athens, GA is hiring a Floor Technician - Janitorial on a part-time basis for 1st and 2nd shifts. The role supports client sites with comprehensive cleaning and maintenance.

You will dust and polish furniture, wash windows, sweep and sanitize restrooms, replace light bulbs, remove trash, and keep equipment operational. A background check and a good MVR are required.

• Must have a good MVR to be considered for positions.

Responsibilities

• Dust and polish furniture, equipment, mirrors, walls, ceilings and woodwork.
• Wash windows and clean restrooms; replace light bulbs.
• Sweep and maintain cleanliness; remove trash from receptacles.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and follow manufacturer operating and care guidelines; complete repairs as needed.
• Maintain safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Document cleaning actions; note areas needing additional care or monitoring.

As a part of our professional cleaning team you would be servicing clients in the following ways :

• Maintaining building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures; washing windows, counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; sweeping, wiping blinds, furniture, and carpeting; resupplying restrooms; replacing light bulbs.
• Maintaining building accessibility and appearance by picking up papers and trash
• Removing trash from receptacles to the disposal or recycling areas
• Keeping cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing operator repairs and parts replacement.
• Maintaining safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintaining continuity between shifts by documenting cleaning actions; noting areas requiring additional care or monitoring
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
