Job summary

TouchPoint is hiring part-time Floor Technician in Saginaw, MI. Schedule: 6:30 AM–2:30 PM, rotating weekends/holidays; address: 800 South Washington Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48601. Prior floor technician experience preferred, pay rate $16.00 per hour. Online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floor care knowledge and proper procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning).
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning of large area of floor surface.
• Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Summary

Summary:Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.

• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
